Wunderplas Windows has completed work at a new all-year round luxury holiday development based in Cornwall.

The development at Winnards Perch is on behalf of Retallack 365 and comprises 100 two, three and four bedroom detached timber frame holiday homes, located in St Columb Minor between Padstow and Newquay The luxury scheme also boasts a pitch and putt course, two tennis courts and an indoor pool

Wunderplas was commissioned to provide the windows and patio doors to each chalet, as well as windows for the swimming pool complex.

"We received the brief to manufacture the windows and doors using Rosewood on the exterior to complement the design of the timber used in the construction process, and white on the inside to match the crisp, clean interiors," comments David Vine, owner of Wunderplas.

"We also supplied the double patio doors to each chalet and larger units for the swimming pool complex, some of which open out onto a sundeck".

The emphasis of the whole development is very firmly upon quality and with a long standing and successful relationship with leading profile manufacturer, VEKA, Wunderplas was able to meet the strict time and quality demands.

"We exclusively use the highest quality materials and systems, including VEKA's Matrix 58 profile, which is a fully integrated PVC-U system with a fully integrated design".

"This gives us the flexibility to produce top quality, bespoke windows and doors that combine functionality with very high aesthetic appeal and long lasting durability," continues David Vine.

"The result is a stunning holiday complex that is already fully booked for next years holiday season and which will be expanded even further to offer even more accommodation for holiday makers to the area!".
