Edited by the Buildingtalk editorial team Jul 16, 2008

PVC-U systems company, VEKA plc, has an exclusive distribution partnership with Dublin based Reim Systems for the whole of Ireland.

Located in Ballycoolin, on the outskirts of Dublin (just off the M50) Reim operates from a modern 50,000 sq ft warehouse.

The company will stock and distribute a comprehensive range of market leading products from VEKA, boosting its portfolio no end.

The product list comprises: Matrix 58 casement suite; Matrix 70 fully sculptured suite; Matrix vertical slider suite (newly launched at Glassex 2008); Matrix reversible window suite (already approved and used by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive); patio door inline (a new system being launched in July 2008) and the new VEKA composite door.

Reim Systems is also well established in the market of foil laminating, with two state of the art foiling machines which enables it to offer a comprehensive colour foiled range, on either one face or two faces of the profile.

The full range of colours is applicable now for the Matrix 58 system.

"We are very excited by this new partnering arrangement with Reim Systems," stated John Warburton of VEKA.

"The company is well established in its service as a distributor in both Northern Ireland and the Republic".

"For our part, we will offer all the support that we are known for".

Speaking for Reim Systems, owner Denis Kane stated: "VEKA is renowned for its PVC-U portfolio and with our knowledge of the Irish market, this will be a winning combination".

"We also can offer customers our own Patio Production Division at Reim Systems that can offer patio bar length, our standard patio kits or custom kits that are produced to specification".

"On top of that, we also have a fully equipped Bending Division that is rapidly becoming a major player in the profile-bending sector".

"It can offer a wide range of curves, radii and Gothic arches, either to customers' specifications or based on their own templates.".
