Vermillion MVT joins SDS Technology

Vermillion MVT and Design Logix have merged with SDS Technology and can now offer new and existing clients a complete business solution.

The two hardware and software solutions specialists from the North West have secured the merger even during the economic downturn.

Design Logix is a full service web agency.

Vermillion MVT is a manufacturer of application tracking software.

Both companies have now become part of the SDS Technology Group.

Vermillion MVT provides vehicle management to individuals and companies through Pathfindermvt, the company's flagship product.

It has clients such as Enterprise Managed Services and Global Transport Solutions.

SDS Technology has grown rapidly and has established key partner relationships throughout the UK, Ireland, and in areas of Europe such as Switzerland and Denmark.
