Version One, a leading document management and imaging software author, is urging senior finance and IT personnel to give their hearts to document management this Valentine's by attending a Version One seminar.

With last year's Version One seminars proving a huge success, another series of FREE half-day 'Save Time, Money and Space' seminars will be taking place at locations across the UK from February 2007.

These seminars will look at how Version One's document management technology eliminates paper-based accounts payable processes, reducing supplier invoice processing costs by 50%.

The many time, cost and operational benefits of electronically storing, retrieving, delivering and managing all incoming and outgoing business documents will also be explored.

Version One's February 2007 seminars are taking place on the 13th, 14th and 15th February at the following locations:.

Tuesday 13th February 2007 Manchester United Manchester.

Wednesday 14th February 2007 National Motorcycle Museum Birmingham.

Thursday 15th February 2007 Imperial War Museum London.

A free lunch will be provided and all attendees will be given Valentine chocolate hearts to take away.
