Needlessly printing volumes of business document
Version One has identified that UK organisations are still contributing significantly to global warming by needlessly printing alarming volumes of business documents.
Benefits include increased efficiency, greater control over paying suppliers and considerable cost savings.
Version One's P2P solutions automatically capture and verify information from inbound invoices and this information is then uploaded to the core accounting system.
Invoices and all supporting documents are electronically stored in the archive (which is tightly integrated into the accounting system) and the authorisation process is automated.
Once an invoice has been approved, payment can be made using Version One's DbBACS-IP payment technology and the remittance advice can be instantly delivered by electronic mail or automated fax.
Catherine Murphy from Version One says, "By using Version One's systems, organisations can revolutionise their purchase-to-pay processes including cutting costs, improving operational efficiency and reducing late payment penalties".
