Paramount is situated in Princes Street, right in the heart of Swindon with easy access to shops, theatre, bars, restaurants and transport links.
The 12,000 foot ground space has permission for leisure use.
Swindon Borough Council has taken the space as a temporary home for Swindon's Central library and agents are currently seeking a fitness or leisure operator to occupy it permanently.
Part of an overall multi-million pound redevelopment of Swindon centre, the living/leisure complex is a flagship project for the city and aspires to draw people back in the heart of the city, a sentiment which Vicaima fully supports.
