Bellway North London has selected Vicaima to supply the interior doors for its First Central development on the former Guinness factory in Park Royal, NW10.

The order totals 600 doors and comprises of Essential Natur in American White and glazed 30 minute fire doors in the apartments; and Essential Cepeldor in Steamed Beach at the on-site community centre.

Vicaima UK Managing Director Peter Johnson commented: "This is an important brown-field regeneration programme for north London of which Vicaima is proud to be part".

Vicaima's Natur range which features in the apartments is its top-of-the-range real wood veneer product for the discerning customer.

Extremely high in quality and finish, Natur is available in a wide range of designs that beautifully complement the modern home.

Cepeldor, which has been chosen for the community centre, use the company's newest technology to create a veneer that combines good looks and resilience.

The doors are beautifully designed and made to look exactly like a conventional veneered door but incorporate special technology that gives the product outstanding durability, excellent resistance to wear and tear and real protection against the damaging consequences of ultra-violet light.

First Central includes 150 apartments in four buildings set next to acres of landscaped grounds with a series of walkways and cycle paths.

There are lakes, waterfalls and a 20 acre nature reserve.

Several First Central residences offer outstanding views of London.

Underground gated parking is offered on all apartments, as well as entry phone systems, lifts and contemporary specifications.

As well as the community centre, Bellway will also be building a new doctor's surgery, nursery for pre-school children and an office campus billed as the International Office Park for London.
