When the UK's leading hotels require premium quality reclaimed and new timber floors, they'll call upon Victorian Woodworks Renowned for their expertise, Victorian Woodworks offer a vast range of timber flooring options for domestic and commercial clients - such as Norfolk's premier hotel, the Grade II listed, 4 Star De Vere Heritage Dunston Hall

Built in 1859 and set in extensive wooded parkland, on the southern outskirts of Norwich, De Vere Heritage Dunston Hall has benefited from a recent GBP4.2 million renovation project.

Part of the transformation included the renovation of the well-known Carvery Restaurant into a smart new Brasserie, Bar and Grill.

The restaurant also includes a new 28-seater, non-smoking bar, perfect for pre-dinner drinks.

Victorian Woodworks supplied 127mm wide pre-finished American Black Walnut for installation throughout the Brasserie, Carvery Restaurant and Grill.

Established as one of the most prized of North American hardwoods, American Black Walnut provides a heavy duty, flooring that has excellent dimensional stability.

"The refurbished Brasserie, Bar and Grill have been designed with luxury in mind and offer a relaxing environment for both business and pleasure".

"American Black Walnut fitted the bill perfectly", remarked Phil Wilson, Marketing Manager of Victorian Wood Works.

Victorian Woodworks are increasingly seen as the timber flooring partner of choice with some of Europe's premier architects, designers, contractors and shopfitters - their expertise and real 'passion for wood' sets them apart from the competition.

From their purpose-built manufacturing sawmill in the UK, they are able to offer a full service to their clients including advice on species, surface textures, finishes, maintenance and aftercare.
