Victorian Woodworks for benugo St Pancras outlet
benugo, the New York inspired cafe deli company, turned to UK's premier manufacturer of quality new and reclaimed timbers, Victorian Woodworks, for new outlet at St Pancras International.
The 40-seat cafe is located within the arcade set beneath the Victorian brick arches, and is open to travellers and shoppers as well as being a welcome newcomer for the surrounding professional community.
The benugo brand has expanded and developed into 20 venues across London, offering simple, good quality, honest food in a stylish environment.
Victorian Woodworks' solid Russian Oak was chosen for the flooring and given an oil finish - a highly durable choice and ideal for high footfall locations.
This project also enabled Victorian Woodworks to showcase their unrivalled expertise for 'all things wood', when they supplied reclaimed French Railway Oak for the cafe wall cladding - an appropriate given the venue! Phil Wilson, Marketing Director of Victorian Woodworks explained, "By specifying two different, yet complementary timbers for the floor and walls, we were able to provide a subtle, yet highly stylish and welcoming ambience to this latest benugo".
