Independent control of the room comfort level is thanks to the action of a timing thermostat that actuates the zone valve incorporated into the unit.
Supply of hot water is produced by a heat exchanger which is made available merely by turning on a tap and the temperature is controlled by a thermostatic mixing valve which holds it at the level chosen.
The Domocal guarantees absolute safety in apartments as it eliminates the presence of combustion inside the home as well as the installation of flue ducts.
