With this in mind, Washroom Washroom's Specialist Joinery division has worked in conjunction with Network Rail to create the innovative Information Pod, from which station staff can deal with various travel queries quickly and effectively.

Cost-engineered by the company's Specialist Joinery team to ensure that the finished design successfully met both the client's budget and specific requirements, the modern, self-contained pods have been created using materials that are not only durable and low-maintenance but are also fully compliant with the relevant fire standards.

The information pods have already been installed in busy commuter stations across the UK, including Birmingham New Street and London's Liverpool Street.
