Register for Wallingford Software User Conference
Wallingford Software announced that registrations are now being taken for their International User Conference 2005 to be held on 14th and 15th September in the UK.
Wallingford Software, the global leader in the development of software tools for the water industry, today announced that registrations are now being taken for their International User Conference 2005 to be held on 14th and 15th September in the UK.
All registrations are taken via the Wallingford Software website at www.wallingfordsoftware.com/userconf2005/.
To be held in the manor house and grounds of Wallingford Software's UK headquarters at Howbery Park in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, the event will cover all the main Wallingford Software products.
There will be three presentation streams, covering the three disciplines of Water Distribution Systems, Collection Systems, and River Systems and Flooding, plus some key plenary sessions.
As well as featuring InfoWorks CS, WS and RS, the conference will also highlight FloodWorks, the only flood management software capable of integrating data from multiple software platforms.
InfoNet - the water industry's first data validation, network management and reporting solution for wastewater networks - will also be explored in depth.
In addition to client presentations of case studies, Wallingford Software experts will be demonstrating important features of the current software versions, and previewing the next release of InfoWorks, Version 7.
Paul Banfield, Sales Director of Wallingford Software, described the importance of the International Conference.
"Over the years the event has grown in size, and also in value to both our users and to anyone considering becoming a user".
"The case studies are always highly relevant, covering the range of issues faced by most if not all hydraulic engineers in each discipline".
"New versions of each of our software products are released twice each year of course, so the new features are always a hot topic".
"Finally, quite apart from the program we put together, the conference allows many of the best modeling practitioners an opportunity to meet up and swap notes".
"All that means the event has always been very popular, and attendance is free of charge, so with a limit on the number of places, it's best to register early".
