The multi-million pound eco-friendly development aimed at innovative start up businesses includes conference facilities, workshops and office units.
Built to the exacting specifications of Nottinghamshire County Council's Resources Department Design Services, the project is a flagship example of sustainable building development.
The project incorporates a high efficiency boiler, a high level of insulation, natural ventilation, solar water heating, photo voltaic electricity generation, recyclable materials, rainwater recycling and an on-site wind-turbine.
Ward DW Wall panels are part of Ward's FM (Factory Mutual) and LPCB (The Loss Prevention Certification Board) approved Firesafe range of insulated panels which provide proven performance in fire situations.
They feature a tongue and groove concealed fixing, can be laid horizontally or vertically and are available in a wide range of colours and finishes.
