Wastefile UK acquire Worktwice Environmental

Wastefile UK are once again set to expand following the acquisition of Gloucestershire based Worktwice Environmental.

The acquisition of Worktwice, a facilities management company specialising in waste management and environmental solutions, is part of Wastefile UK's strategy to create a major national recycling and waste management organisation.

Whilst the businesses are similar, the acquisition widens both our market and product range, providing exciting opportunities for growth.

Wastefile UK completed the purchase of assets, contracts and goodwill of Worktwice Environmental on the 9th June following financial difficulties that the company had been experiencing.

The purchase, which will bring increased sales to Wastefile UK's already extensive client base, will see the addition of a satellite depot in Stonehouse near Gloucester, where a team of 22 will continue to operate the division.".
