The annual supplier awards have become a major industry event.

They celebrate some of the top companies in their fields, from manufacturers of carpet through to suppliers of tools, and take a retrospective look at achievements and developments throughout the year.

Rex Ingram, managing director of OSMA Underfloor Heating, received the Underfloor Heating Supplier of the Year Award from Contract Floors magazine editor Tom Bourne at a prestigious ceremony at the OXO Tower in London.

Awards in each category are based on a range of criteria, including feedback from readers from all sectors of the flooring industry press, such as contractors, architects and specifiers, to give the fairest and most reflective result possible.

The editor of Contract Floors also has a say in deciding which companies deserve awards for offering a combination of innovative products, excellent customer service and a forward thinking approach to the flooring marketplace.

This is an opportunity to give industry recognition to the companies that may not be at the forefront of people's minds, whether they are small specialists or companies that offer a product of remarkable innovation.
