Protection against vibration and corrosion

A Web Products product story

New range of Alpha Series Pipe Clamps is being launched with a stainless steel 316 U-bolt and a flame retardant cushion to suit hazardous and corrosive environments.

When installing pipe, tube or hose the effects of vibration, shock, surge and galvanic corrosion are a major concern.

Improperly clamped pipe, tube or hose invite line failure and potential problems.

New developments in cushioned clamping now provide proper clamping systems to combat these effects.

WEB Products is now introducing the Alpha Series Pipe Clamps into its range to complement the successful Cush-A-Clamp Series.

Designed for tough jobs the Alpha Series secures pipe runs to any flat surface.

The clamp comprises of a stainless steel U bolt with a flame retardant thermoplastic elastomer cushion.

The cushion design provides total load distribution, allowing the U-bolt to become a full contact clamp, eliminating knife edge loading.

The U-bolt traps and secures the cushion in place to prevent lateral movement, while locknuts provide a positive lock.

The new range of Alpha Series is being launched with a stainless steel 316 U-bolt and a flame retardant cushion to suit hazardous and corrosive environments.

The Alpha Series has a range of clamps to suit nominal bore pipe sizes from 1.25 to 6 inches.
