AVflex anti-vandal buildings from Wernick Hire

A Wernick Hire product story
Edited by the Buildingtalk editorial team Oct 30, 2008

AVflex modular units feature a welded, vandal resistant exterior, high security doors fitted with insurance approved deadlocks and windows protected by heavy duty security shutters.

Security is an issue that is always high on our clients' priority list, which is why we have invested heavily in designing a range of secure temporary modular buildings incorporating robust anti-vandal features.

AVflex modular units can be fitted together without the need for linking corridors, creating more internal space and a more compact site footprint.

The internal layout of an AVflex system can be tailored to suit individual site needs, either open plan or partitioned to create individual offices, staff areas, meeting rooms or welfare areas.

The permutations are virtually endless.

Internal fixtures and fittings include double plug sockets and telephone points fitted in dado trunking, convector heaters and category 2 lighting as standard.

Furthermore, the units can be fitted out to an extremely high standard in client bespoke livery schemes, with options including furniture and air conditioning.

If specified, Wernick Hire will fit out an AVflex system to provide, for example, kitchens, toilets, shower rooms, lobbies, canteens and drying rooms, all to a high specification and with a keen attention to detail such as tiled splashbacks, quartzite worktops, under sink water heaters, frostwatch heaters and extractor fans.
