Carillion hires modular office space from Wernick

Wernick Hire is supplying secure modular AVflex site offices for Carillion, for the duration of a project for new Greater Manchester Police headquarters.

The two-storey 14-bay building is finished in Carillion's corporate colour scheme, but it is the spacious open-plan interior that has really impressed senior staff.

The ground floor is laid out as a board room, induction room and canteen with full catering facilities.

The first floor has a reception area, meeting room, small kitchen and a large open plan main office extending across five bays.

Except for the kitchen, all first floor areas are carpeted with all furniture provided by Wernick Hire on a sale basis.

Wernick's AVflex modular building system is vandal-resistant and offers high levels of security, as well as passive infra-red controlled Category 2 lighting and two-compartment IT and telephone dado trunking in all office areas.
