A Wernick Hire product story
Edited by the Buildingtalk editorial team Aug 20, 2010

Wernick Hire is continuing its drive for expansion with the acquisition of a further four portable accommodation hire companies over recent months.

The news represents significant growth for the Wernick Group following closely behind its purchase of Rollalong Hire nine months ago.

Scottish company Addacabin, the cabin division of Yeovil Hire Services and Essex based Penet Plant join the event hire fleet of Cabin Centre as the latest companies to adopt the Wernick Hire livery and logo.

More than 3,500 cabins and modular buildings have been added to Wernick's existing fleet of 24,000 units across 32 Wernick depots nationwide through these latest acquisitions.

Already positioned as the largest independent company supplying portable and modular buildings in Britain and the largest specialist accommodation hire company for the Event Hire industry, the Wernick Group has made significant inroads into these markets with the absorption of the client databases of the acquired companies.

In addition, new freehold properties have been purchased in Aldridge, Portsmouth and Farnham to be developed into Wernick Hire depots.

The 7.5 acre Aldridge site will also operate as a Wernick Group Regional Centre with offices, storage and workshops for Wernick Buildings, Wernick Event Hire and Wernick Hire.
