Factory-built pavilion delivered in a
day

Wernick Buildings factory-built, seven bay Privett Park pavilion and delivered it in a day, with finishing work taking just nine weeks.

It's fair to say that members of Gosport's Privett Park Cricket Club are simply bowled over with their new clubhouse Compared to their old pavilion, the new modular building provides 296m of luxury, coming complete with clubroom, catering and bar facilities, separate home and away team changing and shower rooms, and even a sun-catching veranda

Wernick Buildings regularly supply design and build sports accommodation solutions for schools, local authorities and private clubs, with many of them having a 'traditional' brick and tile clad trussed roof, as specified by this client.

Modular build offers a cost and deadline efficient alternative to traditional build.

Local disruption is kept to an absolute minimum, which is a major consideration at schools, universities and sports complexes.

Other eco-factors that are high priorities are the re-cyclability of the steel framed modular units and the much-reduced build time, noise and pollution on site.

The factory-built, seven bay Privett Park pavilion was delivered in a day and finishing work took just nine weeks.

Security is also a major concern at isolated buildings such as sports pavilions.

The Privett Park clubhouse was equipped with shutters down the full length of the veranda and over each window, together with an intruder alarm system.
