Wernick has completed a steel-framed modular building for a Sure Start children's centre.
The 10-week project saw seven Rapidplan 3000 modular units being delivered to the Coventry site within one day.
Wernick modular building design is on the same site as Gosford Park Primary School.
The building features a brick exterior, pitched tiled roof and underfloor heating.
The modular design was mainly constructed at Wernick's manufacturing site, reducing project time, saving costs, health-and-safety risks and on-site environmental impact.
