A modular building for builders merchants UGS has been provided by PK Accommodation, which specialises in refurbished portable and modular buildings that are recycled buildings.
The building was a three-bay, double-stacked, modular building.

The transport and yard services manager at UGS explained: 'We needed to expand the business and required an office and sales counter within a set budget.
'We looked at various build options and chose PK Accommodation, part of the Wernick group, because it offered a value-for-money deal and a completion date that was within the time frame we had set,' he added.
The six units were delivered and sited in one day, with fitting out and final touches to the installation taking a further two days.
PK's refurbished portable and modular buildings are recycled buildings.
