As part of a massive and continuing nationwide expansion, WF Electrical has opened a new branch in Liverpool.

The city is experiencing a boom in construction and regeneration projects and WF's new branch near the historic Albert Docks brings the company's award winning service to the area's contractors and facilities managers.

Astonishing growth within Liverpool's building, refurbishment and regeneration projects, as the city prepares to be European Capital of Culture 2008, has prompted the opening of the Liverpool branch.

Highlighting just one initiative, the Big Dig is a GBP3 billion investment in the city's commercial, residential and infrastructure redevelopment.

Electrical contractors, building services engineers and facilities managers working in Liverpool now have access to WF's vast stocks of products, reliable service and deliveries, support and value.

Headed by Martin Thomson, Liverpool's WF Electrical team was hand picked from local electrical wholesaling professionals, who have worked with one another in the past and are well know within the local electrical community.

"Customer feedback, even at this early stage, is very positive", says Thompson.

"Customers like our award winning service record, stocking levels and spacious trade counter".

"This new branch will more than accommodate the need for contractors and developers working towards the European Capital of Culture 2008 projects".

Both trade and cash customers gain access the UK's greatest stock off electrical products, including specialist lighting, control gear, fuses and spares, datacoms, CCTV and access control.
