WF win four in a row at Electrical Industry Awards

At the 2007 Electrical Industry Awards, WF Electrical won prestigious industry award for Customer Service in Electrical Wholesaling for the fourth year in succession.

The award was presented to WF Electrical's Nick Luke, during a gala banquet held at London's Grosvenor Marriott Hotel.

WF Electrical won this coveted award, which was sponsored by Megger, in the face of intense competition from other wholesalers across the UK.

A panel of expert judges with wide experience of the electrical industry made their decision in the light of WF Electrical's positive and progressive attitude toward delivering excellence in customer service.

WF Electrical's success complements and reinforces the results of Customer Report Cards which revealed satisfaction to be at an all-time high, with over 95% of customers rating the company's service as excellent or better.

Factors that the customers highlighted particularly were WF Electrical's flexibility, and its excellent record of keeping promises.
