Completion date is scheduled for October 2006.
Particular care had to be taken with the demolition around the retained facade and close proximity of the Grand Union Canal to the rear of the redevelopment necessitated extensive dewatering of the site.

"We have worked with Wincro Metals on several previous projects and their design input and application, together with their expertise of masonry support systems have been such that we had no hesitation in using them on this prestigious redevelopment.".
