The opening of a new UK showroom has added to the growing presence in the UK market of the Terca facing brick and Koramic roof tile ranges.

The new facility makes it easier for customers to view these comprehensive product ranges all under one roof, and also provides a central point from which they can access sales support, product information and individual technical advice.

Conveniently located in Cheadle Royal Business Park, Cheshire, close to major motorway and airport connections, the new showroom forms part of a large new head office complex which is the base for Wienerberger Limited - the UK operating company responsible for both Terca facing bricks and Koramic roof tiles.

The 17,000 m2 complex houses 90 technical, marketing, sales and administration employees, and its creation has been supported by the launch of a new easy-access phone service which simplifies the ordering process for customers requiring sales or technical support.

Uniquely in the brick industry, the service is based on an 0845 number which minimises the cost of each call for the customer.

Customers from the north, midlands and south-west regions should dial 0845 303 2524, while the number for customers in the southeast region is 0845 303 2526.

Approximately 150 different facing bricks are on show at the new Stockport showroom, displayed in the specially designed 'Terca Wonderwall'.

This well-proven system gives an excellent indication of the wide range of Terca brick types, colours and textures, and it is complemented with a variety of mortared panels which simplify the mortar selection process.

Similar displays cover the extensive Koramic clay roof tile product ranges which are also supported by a full range of associated products, project reference photography and technical literature.
