Wienerberger new customer friendly
ordering system
Leading brick manufacturer, Wienerberger has introduced a new ordering system to further improve customer service.
The fax-to-email system means lower rate calls for customers and an almost unlimited capacity for faxes This means customers should experience problem-free ordering when purchasing Wienerberger's extensive range of high quality, environmentally friendly building products

Customer relationships have also benefited recently from a number of successful open days around the country.
Wienerberger offered the chance for customers to find out more about the company's new Aquata sustainable urban drainage system (SUDS).
Manufactured using natural clay, Aquata enables the control of storm water at its source, rather than directly into the drainage system, helping to prevent flash flooding in high risk areas.
SUDS can also be linked to grey water recycling systems, further evidence of Wienerberger's commitment to environmentally friendly practices.
"Our open days were a great success nationwide," adds Mark.
