Wilkinson Star has announced the launch of the MOSA GE15 PSX-EAS and GE20 PSX-EAS diesel driven multi-voltage low noise AC generators.

Wilkinson Star Limited, the Worsley, Manchester based industrial equipment supplier and sole UK representative for MOSA engine driven welding and generating sets has announced the launch of the MOSA GE15 PSX-EAS and GE20 PSX-EAS diesel driven multi-voltage low noise AC generators.

These Perkins 1500 rpm diesel rated, switch voltage type generators are designed primarily for use on construction sites providing temporary power requirements for on-site offices, power tools, hand tools and other ancillary powered products.

They each have 10 multi-voltage socket layouts with 15kVA and 20kVA 115/230/400V outputs respectively.

Both have large capacity 60 litre fuel tanks giving 14 and 21 hours operating time respectively @ 75% loading, whilst the EP6 engine management menu driven control system provides engine and generator protection.

If the fuel level reaches a critically low level, a siren will sound to alert the operator.

They are also equipped with ELCB and emergency stop button protection.

Both generators are equipped with the latest series Perkins 4 cylinder diesel engines and Stamford Newage alternators; they are EEC noise compliant with lockable canopies keeping the noise level to around 90 LWA 65dB(A) and 92 LWA 67dB(A) respectively.

Optional equipment includes a two wheel site tow, two wheel road tow bracket, automatic mains failure unit and as the generators are pre-wired for standby and remote starting, a plug-in 10m.

remote stop/start control unit is available.

The GE 15 PSX-EAS generator weighs 540kg, whilst the GE 20 PSX-EAS weighs 680kg.
