New industrial evaporative coolers

Wilkinson Star introduce two new industrial evaporative coolers using water as the cooling medium converting warm air into cool fresh humidified air.

The SP-EC05 and SP-EC12H, single phase 240V 13 Amp portable enclosed fan type coolers are designed for use in large industrial areas where air conditioning may not be cost effective, such as warehouses, supermarkets and other large retail outlets, manufacturing and fabrication workshops, foundries, paint spraying shops, educational institutions, recreation centres as well as the rental market, outdoor promotional and social events or any other place where spot cooling is required.

The SP-EC05 produces an airflow of 4200m3/hr cooling an area 275m2 (3000ft2), whilst the SP-EC12H produces an airflow of 12000m3/hr cooling an area 785m2 (8500ft2).

Both coolers have 40 litre capacity water tank, with an automatic water flow system supplied directly from the users mains water supply.

25 metre hosepipes are supplied with each machine.

These coolers are capable of up to 25 air changes per hour removing dust, odours and fumes creating a better, more comfortable working environment for higher productivity.

Both coolers have variable air speed fan control, are of robust construction with stainless steel components, have low noise levels ranging from 62 - 71 dB(A) at 5m, long life filters and are supplied on a sturdy 4-wheeled trolley.

They are also easy to maintain and economical to run.
