Wilkinson Star appoint two new Area Sales Managers

Wilkinson Star, the industrial equipment supplier has appointed two new Area Sales Managers.

Jamie Grove to cover North London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire plus East Anglia and James Huggins to cover South London, Surrey, Kent, Sussex and Hampshire.

Former Essex, Leicestershire and Somerset cricketer Jamie Grove (28), who lives in Bury St Edmunds served a modern apprenticeship in mechanical engineering at a precision engineering company before becoming a professional cricketer.

Since his retirement from cricket he has gained technical sales experience in the compressed air industry.

He is engaged to be married and when time permits, he plays cricket for Sudbury and is a County Youth Coach.

James Huggins (28) first got involved with welding at the age of 15, helping his father restore classic cars, from here he became a demonstrator/salesman for a welding equipment manufacturer, becoming trained in MMA, MIG/MAG, TIG and MIG Brazing.

He then gained experience in Account Management for a Company based in Sheffield, supplying gaskets and moulding.

He lives in Alton, Hampshire with his partner and 6 year old son and in his spare time enjoys cycling, swimming and playing golf.

Both will be selling the complete range of Wilkinson Star Products including welding equipment, welding generator sets, air compressors, spray guns, industrial heating and cooling equipment, power washers, industrial vacuum cleaners, battery chargers and hand tools.
