Windowbase database now includes installer systems

As part of its ongoing product development programme, Windowbase has researched and now includes the window system used by installers.

Windowbase's General Manager, Neil Parsonson, says that the database now enables even more effective prospect targeting.

"If a company is targeting installers the benefit of selecting potential prospects based on which system they use is twofold".

"Firstly it means that, depending where the biggest returns come from - installers using a competing system or those who already use the same system that you offer but buy from someone else - you can market more efficiently".

"The second benefit is just as important".

"It enables customers to tailor their marketing and sales messages depending on the system - if the installer already uses the same system that our customer offers then it doesn't have to spend time and money promoting the benefits of the system, it can get straight down to competing on its own company's features and benefits".

Neil concludes: "Ultimately we want our customers to be ahead of the game".

"The more information we can supply to give them the cutting edge the better.".
