Wilco Imaging, a supplier of advanced imaging products and solutions, is offering presales of the highly-anticipated, new remote head IK-HD1, a 3-CCD Prism Block High Definition Color Video Camera from Toshiba Imaging Systems Division (Toshiba America, Irvine, CA).

The affordable and lightweight IK-HD1with the three-chip CCD remote head color camera and camera control unit (CCU) will be available August, 2007.

Wilco Imaging, a top distributor of high performance video cameras for broadcast, medical and industrial imaging is taking pre-orders for the IK-HD1 on a first come, first-serve basis.

Toshiba's new high-def camera offers the smallest, lightest HD system available and offers more flexibility for tasks that require low weight and reduced package size, such as broadcast, aviation and inspection.

Easy to integrate with multiple video outputs via HD-SDI, Y/Pb/Pr and analog RGB, Toshiba's high definition 1080-interlace camera system is also ideal for industrial inspection, homeland security, machine vision, microscopy and other scientific imaging applications.

Accessories for the IK-HD1video camera include the 4mm lens or the 15mm lens, compatible camera cables in lengths of 3, 6, 10 and 30 meters, and the 12VDC power supply.

Preorders are now being taken for the complete camera system and all accessories.
