New Rapid Bottle Chiller's compact design means it's ideal for use in small bar and serving areas thus effectively reducing the pressure on limited floor and cellar cooling space.

With increasing pressure on reducing floor and cellar cooling space, running out of cold bottle beers and drinks will be a thing of the past, thanks to Williams Refrigeration's new Rapid Bottle Chiller for pubs, bars, breweries, restaurants and other leisure establishments.

Launching at Hotelympia, the powerful Rapid Bottle Chiller benefits from Williams' advanced blast chiller technology, rapidly chilling bottled beer, soft drinks and wine from +25C to +3C in less than 23 minutes, dramatically improving turnaround time during peak service times meeting customer demand.

The rapid chill time increases the turnaround capability of chilled bottled stock - saving time and increasing stock rotation thus helping establishments to effectively manage peak customer demand.

The Rapid Bottle Chiller's compact design means it's ideal for use in small bar and serving areas thus effectively reducing the pressure on limited floor and cellar cooling space.

The powerful and highly efficient fans located in the Rapid Bottle Chiller offer controlled airflow for high performance, efficiency and even chilling throughout the cabinet.

Automatic reversion to store mode at the end of the chill cycle ensures bottles are kept at 3C enabling staff to serve chilled bottles directly from the chiller or to delay the transfer of the chilled bottles to backbar display cabinets or bottle coolers at a quieter time.

Using the latest design technology, the innovative control panel on the Rapid Bottle Chiller is unique to Williams and has been designed for simple operation and programming with clear, iconic displays requiring little or no training.

The bright display programme incorporates a flashing screen to the end of a chill cycle, an ideal feature for dark and noisy environments typically found in nightclubs, bars and pubs.

Coated coils, magnetic balloon gaskets and a durable stainless steel construction gives the Rapid Bottle Chiller exceptional durability and reliability in demanding environments as well as attractive whole life cost benefits.

The Rapid Bottle Chiller is ideal for breweries, pubs, bars and nightclubs, as well as hotels, restaurants, fast food outlets and leisure facilities.

Tim Smith, Managing Director at Williams Refrigeration says: "Working closely with our customers, including major brewery chains we have identified that the increasing pressure on cellar cooling space which has been used traditionally to chill bottled drinks prior to placing them in back bar display cabinets.

Traditional backbar cabinets are designed to store prechilled drinks - and the ability to chill drinks was brought sharply into focus in the high temperatures of last summer.

We have taken our advanced blast chilling technology and designed a compact Rapid Bottle Chiller to assist staff to overcome these space issues, speed up the chilling cycle of bottled drinks enabling quicker stock turnaround in the back bar cabinets and to ensure continued customer satisfaction."
