Pub, bar and restaurant customers will no longer be victims of an ice-cold drink in a disappointingly warm glass, thanks to Williams Refrigeration's new innovative Rapid Glass Chiller which quickly chills glassware straight from the glass washer.

Launching at Hotelympia 2004, this powerful, compact chiller has been designed to rapidly chill all types of glassware from +55C to +3C in less than 13 minutes using Williams advanced blast chilling technology - ideal for every fast moving establishments where glassware rotation is essential to the business.

Designed to accommodate two standard 500mm2 glasswasher baskets, glassware can be transferred straight from the washer at the end of a wash cycle to the chiller for immediate chilling.

For speed of operation the compact chiller can be located under the bar or close to the glasswasher for maximum efficiency.

The Rapid Glass Chiller uses the latest, innovative control panel technology for simple operation and ease of programming with clear iconic displays requiring little or no training.

The unique digital controller has a bright iconic display with flashing screen to indicate the end of the chill cycle which makes it easy for bar staff to operate in noisy, dark environments such as nightclubs, bar areas and pubs.

Automatic reversion to store mode at the end of the chill cycle ensures that the temperature of the glassware is maintained until staff are ready to either serve customers using glasses direct from the chiller or to transfer them to suitable storage.

The Rapid Glass Chiller is ideal for all hotels, restaurants, pubs, bars, nightclubs and leisure facilities which have rapid glassware turnaround and are conscious of providing the customer with the optimum cold drink every time.
