Extending its choice of SEDBUK A oil-fired condensing boilers, Worcester Bosch has launched its brand new Greenstar Heatslave 18/25 oil-fired condensing combi boiler, bringing the number of boilers in the Greenstar gas and oil series to 14 With the ability to convert 90% of the oil consumed into heat, the new Greenstar Heatslave can reduce consumers heating and hot water bills by between 5-10% on new non-condensing models and up to 25% compared to older boilers

The future for gas boilers efficiency
How are manufacturers achieving such high levels of efficiency and will it ever be possible to create a gas boiler that's 100% efficient?.
The Greenstar Heatslave, along with the new Greenstar Danesmoor and Greenstar Utility, will ensure Worcester Bosch continues to lead the way amongst boiler manufacturers in the development of oil boilers for the UK heating industry." The new Greenstar Heatslave has been specifically designed for energy efficient operation by combining accurate thermostatic system control and user controls to give a completely independent choice of hot water or central heating services.
Fitting the same footprint as the SEDBUK C rated non-condensing Heatslave range and in a new look design, it's extremely easy to install and service.
Pre-plumbed and pre-wired, its features a stainless steel secondary heat exchanger, hot water heat exchanger, circulating pump and a motorised valve, along with all the equipment necessary to form a sealed system and the other essential components for multi-point mains fed domestic hot water and full central heating.
All Greenstar oil-fired boilers operate at thermal efficiencies of at least SEDBUK Band A, ensuring optimum economy.
The optional plug-in programmer on the 18/25 Kitchen model eliminates the need for external wiring of a programmer.
The flue fitted to horizontal discharge and balanced flue terminals ensures extremely quiet operation.
The Greenstar Heatslave floor standing boiler has a 5mm mild steel inner primary heat exchanger surface and a 3mm outer.
This combined with a stainless steel secondary heat exchanger which releases the latent heat within the flue gases, ensures a solid, robust product. Request a free brochure from Worcester Bosch Group ...
