Investment programme will include an Energy Atrium to showcase sustainable and renewable energies of the future.

Worcester, part of the worldwide Bosch Group, is upping its commitment to installer training and the service it provides its customers by undertaking a GBP2.5 million investment programme at its headquarters in Worcester.

Richard Soper, managing director of Worcester, said: "We are constantly looking at ways of improving the service we provide for our customers".

"The investment programme will include an Energy Atrium to showcase sustainable and renewable energies of the future, a contact centre for pre and post sales technical support as well as a 160-seater auditorium, which splits into four dedicated training rooms".

Whilst current Worcester training courses are limited to a certain class size to meet health and safety measures, the new training facility will provide the company with the ideal platform to reach more installers than ever before on a variety of industry and training issues.

The Energy Atrium will be specifically designed to give installers a snap-shot into the future, it will include Worcester's new solar water heating package - Greenskies - and other technologies that are emerging in the UK heating market, such as Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHP).
