The company is hosting 27 events for installers throughout the UK during October and November to help them get up to speed with legislation and get to grips with any changes that will impact on their working practices well in advance of industry requirements.

Steve Lister, director of sales at Worcester, Bosch Group, said: "With oil prices set to continue to rise, it is inevitable consumers will start realising the advantages of a replacement high efficiency oil-fired boiler.

These events have been designed for installers to share what we know on environment changes, building regulation changes anticipated for 2007 and the choice of technology on the market.

"As a manufacturer, we are committed to supporting the installation trade through these changes to make the transition as smooth as possible.

This year we have launched five brand new SEDBUK A rated Greenstar condensing oil-fired appliances to offer more choice and an energy efficient solution for those who are concerned with conserving energy or rising fuel prices.

These are complemented by a first class back up service, along with our technical helpline, website and literature." Those that attend an event will learn about the technology behind Worcester's Greenstar range of oil-fired appliances, including the Greenstar Danesmoor 18/25, Greenstar Utility (18/25, 32/50 and 50/70 models) and Greenstar Heatslave 18/25.

Installers will also have the opportunity to ask any questions about condensing oil boiler issues and enter a free prize draw to win one of Worcester's Greenstar oil boilers.

In addition to this there are three mobile product demonstrators which are touring merchants throughout the UK.

Each is fitted with Worcester oil-fired boilers and a representative is on hand to offer advice and information to installers.
