Compatible with PCs and laptops it takes installers on a step-by-step installation of its top of the range Greenstar CDi combi and Greenstar i Junior appliances looking in particular at the WB3 (i Junior) and WB5 (CDi) heat exchangers which are unique to Worcester.

Roger Bisby, the well-known installer and journalist takes installers through installation, commissioning and servicing as well as flue and programmer options available using no-nonsense plain speaking.

He also focuses on the selection and programming of each of the Worcester timers and controls, including the benefits of each.
