Worcester offers genuine spare parts scheme

Profile stockists throughout the UK supply heating products from Worcester, Bosch Group.

Worcester's Profile Stockist scheme was launched three years ago with the aim of ensuring genuine spare parts for its complete range of products were readily available for installers and service engineers in the UK.

The range is now available from more than 150 Profile stockists across the UK.

Profile spares stockists work in close partnership with Worcester, Bosch Group to ensure supply of the most commonly used spares.

Branches in various areas can be located via the Profile Stockists logo on spares stockist finder on the Worcester website.

The Worcester, Bosch Group's spares service allows installers to plan repair work more accurately as less time is wasted spent searching for genuine spares.

This ensures a higher standard of service for customers and prevents time consuming call backs.

Should your preferred stockist not have the required part, then any branch showing the Profile Stockists logo will.

This is ensured by the back-up infrastructure in place, guaranteeing 100 per cent that any spare part will be delivered from stocks the next day, applying to all orders placed before 5pm the previous day.

Worcester, Bosch Group aims to increase the number of stockists in partnership with its Profile Stockists scheme to more than 200 by 2011.
