House Choice is MCS Approved

Alistair Smit, director of operations, House Choice, has announced that the company is now an MCS Accredited installer of Solar PV products.

Alistair said: ''It is a vigorous and thorough process to get the Accreditation but we fully understand the need for this type of regulation in this industry.

We can offer the Trade the benefit of our installation experience under this regime, as well as to ensure that their customers will then also benefit from the recently introduced Feed-in Tariff".

Alan Pearce, recently appointed head of marketing and public affairs added: "This is just what the Trade needs to give it a boost, new life and fantastic sales potential".

"All companies that partner with us need is a marketing and sales team, we will take care of the rest".

Doug MacRae, head of sales, commented that: "Because we offer a complete 'turnkey' operation it is easy for any good sales and marketing led company to come on board.

We offer to train sales teams to give them an understanding of how a Solar PV System works and typically integrates into the home.

Within this training we include details of what is required under the MCS scheme, so as to ensure that all future business meets the industry standards".

Currently House Choice partners enjoy having all of their survey's carried out by professionally trained Solar PV Surveyors".

"The survey findings are then passed onto our internal design team who design the Solar System within a CAD design package and compute all necessary SAP calculations".

Alan Pearce added: "By partnering with us we can also considerably shorten the time for them to get to market"".

"At present House Choice's head office is in Chelmsford Essex and also has a branch in South London".

House Choice currently services South East England but has recently formed partnerships further afield, with a new flagship Head Office that will be a Renewable Centre to open soon.

The company carries out approximately 20 installations a week.
