York House were appointed earlier this year to revitalise and refurbish an existing 1970s' building to provide the highest specification of office space available in Harrogate.

York House were appointed earlier this year by Ilkley-based Burley Developments to revitalise and refurbish the existing 1970s' building, which is on the corner of Victoria Avenue and Station Parade, opposite Waitrose.
Andy Bruce, managing director of York House Construction comments: "The building had been empty for some time and much in need of a facelift".
"Although a challenge at times to balance the construction schedule with the needs of a busy town centre, the result will both enhance Harrogate's town centre as well as hopefully attracting new occupiers to the area".
The new ground floor area will comprise 5,000 sq ft of retail space which is to be fit out and used by a high quality bathroom showroom.
Four further floors will each provide 5,000 sq ft of air-conditioned office space that can be sub-divided into suites from 1,500 sq ft of space upwards.
Importantly, the development will also include 38 parking spaces, including secure basement parking.
Paul Fairhurst, director of Savills Leeds comments: "The building has been very well refurbished by York House Construction and now represents the highest quality office space available in Harrogate".
"It comes as no surprise that enquiries are strong and that lettings are already underway.".
