Finish Guard, flame-retardant temporary floor protection which meets NFPA 701-1999, is a family of products designed to replace flammable paper and cardboard products used for temporary floor and wall protection on construction projects.
State and local fire officials in the USA are beginning to ban flammable paper products used to cover and prevent damage to new floors on construction projects.
Floor Finish Guard is used to cover vinyl and ceramic tile, counter tops and walls.
Carpet Finish Guard is used for carpet protection, and Padded Finish Guard is used to cover exposed surfaces requiring additional protection provided by its foam-like padded structure.
