The new 1XL mobile scaffold tower from Zarges-Tubesca is constructed from 50mm tubing using the patented Tubesca crimped joint construction.
Tubesca crimped joint construction is an extremely strong method of connecting the rungs to the vertical tubes without welding.
The 1XL scaffold also features a lightweight all aluminium trapdoor platform with non-slip surface.
1XL comes in a shrink-wrapped modular format and features a folding base pack which can be used as a room scaffold.
Other packs include a guardrail-stabiliser pack, platform pack, 2m lift pack and stabiliser extension pack.
These pack combinations allow construction of towers with a platform height from one metre to 9 metres.
