CEM offers tour of iconic office building

The College of Estate Management has organised a tour of the 1950's former headquarters of Marks and Spencer.
The tour of the award winning building at 55 Baker Street will be conducted by the lead architect, Ian Lomas of Make.
It will take place on Thursday 10 September 2009.
The tour will include a talk on Urban design and transformation, focusing on the strategic and technical challenges to make the building more sustainable, to achieve the BREEAM Excellent rating.
The cost of the tour is GBP45 plus VAT per person.
