StopLIGHT, powered by solar energy, offers increased safety, comfort and security for passengers at bus stops, improving waiting conditions and encouraging bus use.

As we are increasingly urged to think green, Zeta Solar offers a solution to help promote both public transport use and renewable energy sources.

The stopLIGHT offers increased safety, comfort and security for passengers at bus stops, improving waiting conditions and encouraging bus use.

The unit is powered by solar energy which it gains during the day via is integrated photovoltaic panel.

This energy is stored in low maintenance batteries and used to power high efficiency LED lights during the hours of darkness.

During night time hours the bus stop flag is illuminated making stops visible to drivers and users.

An illuminated push button provides downlighting on demand, creating a safe, comfortable pool of light around the user.

Optionally timetable lighting can also be supplied allowing passengers to read essential schedule information in the hours of darkness.

The self contained nature of the unit allows it to be fitted quickly and efficiently causing minimal disruption to passengers and bus services.

The unit offers a perfect solution for rural areas where the cost of traditional grid connection is often prohibitively expensive, leaving vulnerable locations in the dark.
