The Olympic Games in Athens was a catastrophy for everyone involved, and yet still no-one knows the final cost of the construction projects due to a serious lack of effective accountancy.

Although firms may not be taking on the mammoth task of building a major national sporting facility or government building, Wes recommends introducing an up-to-date software system to ensure that expenditure and revenue are kept in synch.
