Resin flooring projects commended at prestigious awards

Sika has won three FeRFA awards for its collaborative work on a number of resin flooring projects, enhancing its reputation in the industry.

This year’s FeRFA Awards were hosted by Fred MacAulay at Sutton Coldfield’s Belfry Hotel on Friday 27th November.

Sika was nominated for five of its recently completed projects at the event, which was developed to recognise outstanding workmanship, diversity and innovation in the resin flooring industry.

In the Large Industrial Project of the Year Category, three of the four finalists were Sika projects.

On the night, Sika achieved an award for its collaboration with the IRL Group, which saw the completion of the Dove Nestle project. The company’s work with Zircon Flooring at the GE Energy plant was also highly commended.

For its partnership and the creation of a custom flooring solution at the new Coleshill School in Birmingham, Sika and contractor Zenith Pola took top honours in the Large Commercial Project of the Year.
 
The wins have helped to enhance Sika’s reputation for manufacture and supply of market leading flooring systems.
