Mira has stated that The Leap range boasts a clean and contemporary design which is easy to clean and maintain.

The Leap range

The Leap range features a 6mm and 8mm Cleancoat safety glass to provide a solid and refined appearance, with high grade aluminium extrusions to resist corrosion.

The Leap Range offers a wide range of suitable styles to suit each individual

The shower doors feature adjustable, stainless steel double rollers, pivot blocks and ball catches to ensure that the doors will operate smoothly throughout the enclosures’ lifetime.

Fixtures and fittings subject to immersion – such as pivot block pins and screws – are manufactured from stainless steel to give consistent performance over years of use.

The Leap range offers a wide choice of doors and enclosures, complemented by divider panels, side panels and an inline panel, which can be combined to offer a wide variety of enclosure styles.

Efficient installation

By minimising the components and preparatory works required, the whole installation process is streamlined.

The Leap range contains a patented ’Twist & Lock’ system that removes the need to drill and screw by using a 3mm Allen key to secure doors and side panels.

Initial tests have shown the system to improve installation time by up to 50%.

Each wall channel allows for adjustment of up to 30mm on out-of-true wall. The enclosure frame is offered into the ’U’ and secured with a quarter-turn from the Allen key.

The doors and side panels are supplied pre-assembled and the doors are unhanded which allows them to be interchangeable.

The Leap range emphasises minimal work on site, meaning that only eight screws are needed to fit each door, the door-stops are pre-installed and the double rollers, pivot blocks and ball catches are adjustable to fit particular projects.

Careful design

The Leap range cuts dirt traps to a minimum, while featuring invisible fixings with no intrusive screw caps and precision engineered extrusions.

Doors are tested for 32,000 slam cycles and every panel is tested to BSEN14428 A1 (2008).
