Council development fitted with Window Security

Security Shield Intruder
Window and Door Security Systems has been approached by Bedford Council to secure a mixed development near Luton.
The flagship project has become the target of local vandals long before construction was completed.
The council did not want to install conventional grilles so the planning officers selected Security Shield Intruder to provide security whilst simultaneously protecting the glazing from vandalism.
The installation of Security Shield had little impact on the aesthetic of the building, internally or externally.
Even skylights were protected.
68 shields were manufactured with powder coated frames to match the fenestration.
Existing windows were either fixed or inward opening tilt and turn - which allowed complete operational use after the shields were installed.
