Acoustic, smoke and fire sealing manufacturer, Lorient has announced the incorporation of a new subsidiary to lend support to Lorient brand in the Far East.
Demand for Lorient’s products and services is on the increase in a number of emerging economies in Asia and specifically there has been a sharp upturn in activity in the Southeast region.
The new subsidiary will serve customers in the region from a hub in Singapore.
The choice of Singapore was easy for Lorient.
Singapore has an enterprising business environment, strong business infrastructure, political stability and an international outlook.
Lorient is also delighted to announce that it has appointed Neil Holmes, a well-respected and experienced senior industry professional to run Lorient Southeast Asia.
Neil Holmes joined Lorient when he took up residence in Singapore following his most recent position with Hafele in Sydney, Australia.
